Mirza Vali's acknowledgement on receiving his daughter's inheritance
Mirza Vali Kalantar's acknowledgement of receiving the inheritance and mahr of his daughter, Nizakat Khanum, wife of Imamquli Mirza. Written on the envelope: "a copy of the telegram from the daughters and wives of the deceased Riza Quli Mirza to Iyalat-i Kubra [governor general] on Amirabad and the reply from Iyalat-i Kubra." Settlement between Muhammad Baqir and Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad Khan Saham-lashgar, 1902
Settlement regarding a building and a garden belonging to Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali as well as 50 tumans, which was part of the late Sakinah Khanum's mahr and was inherited by the writer, Muhammad Baqir Garakani and the mother. But Mu‘tamad al-Sultan refused to transfer the property. Eventually, according to this settlement, Muhammad Baqir Garakani (on behalf of himself and the mother) transfers the ownership of this property to Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad Saham-lashgar in exchange for 40 tumans.

Property sale settlement between Sadri Khan Akhtar al-Saltanah and Zinat al-Zaman Khanum and Mirza Hashim Khan Fath al-Mulk, 1929
In this settlement, Sadri Khan Khanum Akhtar al-Saltanah (daughter of Muhammad Hasan Khan Fath al-Mulk and wife of Mirza Asad Allah Khan Qavam Lashkar) and Zinat al-Zaman Khanum (wife of Mirza Ibrahim and daughter-in-law of Muhammad Hasan Khan Fath al-Mulk) transfer all their properties to Mirza Hashim Khan Fath al-Mulk. Asiyah Baygum Khanum receives her mahr and share of inheritance, 1921
Asiyah Baygum Khanum (daugter of Aqa Sayyid Ismaʻil Mariyanaji) has received all her mahr recorded in her marriage contract, plus her inheritance share of one eighth of her husband's (the late Karbalayi Khudabakhsh Mariyanaji) properties. She has received this from Haj Aqa Muhammad Razavi (son of Haji Aqa Hasan) Shari‘atmadar (the local religious notable), who was her husband's will executor. She confirms that she has received all that was her due, including her mahr and the one-eighth of Karbalayi Khudabakhsh's properties (from the house, household furnishings, gardens, and the rest).

Malik Nisa‘, the wife of Mulla Ahmad, settled her claim regarding her mahr and share of inheritance with the other inheritors (children of Mulla Ahmad), Fatimah Khanum, Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, Karbalayi ‘Ali, and Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim, in exchange for receiving two tumans.

Question and answer about mahr obligation
Since Zayd had guaranteed the mahr on behalf of his son, after his death, should the mahr be deducted from the original (undivided) inheritance, similar to all of the debts of the deceased, or from the son [the husband]'s share? Sadiq ibn Muhammad has answered that it should be treated like other debts.

Settlement between Zubaydah Khanum and her daughter Rubabah Khanum, 1917
Twelve sha‘irs [measure of land] of the Bayg Balaghi farm in Armaghan Khvanah village was part of Zubaydah Khanum's mahr from her second husband, the late Sulayman Khan, and nine sha‘irs of Kaljin village was part of her daughter Rubabah Khanum's mahr from Aman Allah Khan.
